The worst experience. Check and nurses were great. The Dr was horrible! Dr. Morrison gave nothing for for pain while I was there. Gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. So now headed to another ER foe help.
As the wife of a patient, I felt helpless watching my husband suffer during our visit to this emergency room. On July 25, 2026, I rushed my husband to the ER because he was experiencing unbearable kidney pain. He was vomiting, dizzy, and could barely stand. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this emergency room. On July 25, 2026, I went to the ER because I was experiencing severe kidney pain. If I had to rate my pain from 0 to 10, it was a 10. The pain was unbearable—I was dizzy, vomiting, and could barely function. Around 1:00 a.m., I asked my wife to take me to the emergency room because I truly felt like I could not take the pain anymore. Great care, great staff and extremely efficient. As a CHOA nurse, I brought my 15 month old son in for a finger injury and was throughly impressed with everything. Props to this ER.
My mom is in a wheelchair and can’t walk, she is dehydrated and has a history of lower bypass surgery, hasn’t eaten in two days. This staff is taking people first come first serve. People that are capable of walking are being taken back before her! I’m scared to death my mom is going to die! And I’m sitting in a waiting room!!! Call 911 if you plan on using this hospital!
