They come to the room long after machine beeps are alarming to no readings, watching on the cameras and making fun of patients while we sit, (taken off to use restroom), finally come in and say NOTHING about why we are waiting so long and say nothing about why it’s taking so long, just look at you like you’re stupid and say “that’s okay”. Thanks everyone, y’all are SOOO professional. NOT. SMDH.

Walked in here with 10/10 back pain. ITS AN EMERGENCY. No help for an hour! Got up and left. I couldn’t sit or stand any longer. I HAD TO LAY DOWN. Clearly no care for people here.
Wow… Because I am always by myself I normally never get great help from hospitals, but this is very different. I was listened to and taken care of like a human being should. I don’t plan on getting sick to end up back in the hospital systems, but if it happens again, I would rather come out my way to this hospital in Braselton, Georgia, rather than deal with the issues of Northside Gwinnett and Emory Johns Creek hospitals if time permits.
