I made an appointment to have mini splits serviced. They canceled my appointment because they said they only service heat and air units that they install. So if they didn’t install your heat and air system they will not service it.
I had a recent repair that was handled very promptly and professionally and felt the cost was reasonable. The serviceman is an asset to the company
