I needed a new compressor and Wyatt came out to install it. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eduardo came with him and he was very pleasant and helpful as well.
Russ arrived timely and quickly diagnosed a low gas flow issue, corrected and helped with the thermostat ! Fantastic experience! THANK YOU, Russ! And Donna in the office was great to schedule the work!
Fast and very courteous
Had someone come look at my hvac which is very old and will eventually need to be replaced but I called nge for a second opinion and was quoted 12,000-15,000 to replace my hvac because of the duct worn having to be redone as well. I was very stressed out because my house was 40 degrees at night with my 10 month old. Another company (moody) quoted me 1,000 for a part that might not work and I would be stuck with it if didn’t work..
