My first visit to Dr.F.Kahn was a very pleasant visit. When I arrived the reception was friendly and cheerful.I liked that I didn’t have a long wait.DR.Kahn was informative and friendly ,patient.He didn’t rush me he made me feel I was his only patient.When I talked I had his full attention.I’d recommend this practice to anybody.
I’m usually never the one to leave bad reviews, but I’m honestly very disappointed with this clinic. Lab results took almost 4 weeks to get back, and that was only after I repeatedly called myself. Refills were requested multiple times and never sent in on time. Every time I called, I was told “it’s in the doctor’s inbox” or that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. My appointment date was on 4/23/26. I have to have some really expensive bloodwork done. I have yet to receive my results and my results have been in the office for at least 2 weeks. No one is in a rush to help or assist with going over my results. I have called almost everyday for the past 2 weeks trying to receive my results. And I get the same excuse “they are sitting in the doctor mailbox he has yet to review them” I obviously came here because I have concerns with my body and was referred here by my pcp. Dr. Enlis Mack did not explain any of my concerns or what she believed might be going on with my health. She ordered tests and said she would explain everything after the results came back, but there was no follow-up appointment or discussion afterward — only a letter with the results and no guidance about next steps or treatment. As I’m writing this review, a month has passed without any contact or communication from her office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Khan, my Rheumatologist, for the past five years, and he continues to impress me with his skill and dedication. His intelligence is apparent in every appointment, but what truly sets him apart is his patience and thoroughness. I love how he remembers our conversations from previous visits, a testament to his excellent memory and detailed note-taking.
