Dr. Enlis Mack did not explain any of my concerns or what she believed might be going on with my health. She ordered tests and said she would explain everything after the results came back, but there was no follow-up appointment or discussion afterward — only a letter with the results and no guidance about next steps or treatment. As I’m writing this review, a month has passed without any contact or communication from her office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Khan, my Rheumatologist, for the past five years, and he continues to impress me with his skill and dedication. His intelligence is apparent in every appointment, but what truly sets him apart is his patience and thoroughness. I love how he remembers our conversations from previous visits, a testament to his excellent memory and detailed note-taking. I love the doctor here but the parking lot (leave at least 15 minutes so you can circle the lot and wait for someone to leave... and I've been told it will only get worse since they are expandingthe practice!) and the lab is so frustrating (phlebotomist is super nice). Everytime I come for lab work, even with an appointment its never less than 30 minute wait. Its super frustrating when they send it out to labcorp... here's the kicker - labcorp is right next door and I can get in and out in 10 minutes... I'd really prefer to ... read more
I see several doctors at the Northside Diagnostic. Doctor Chennreddy and Doctor Avdhani. They are excellent. I love the practice.Everyone is always polite and the wait time is very minimal. Highly recommend for excellent care.
