I called in advance to see what would be happening for my appointment. They told me an ultrasound and blood draw. I get there 5 minutes early, no one is checking anyone in. When they finally check me in I only got through 1 page of the new patient paper work before getting called back in. They nurse asks her questions and takes my blood pressure, then says the dr will be in. Just started seeing Dr Saurel for my husband colon cancer. She explained everything and answered every question we could think of. She was very kind and personable. The staff is great. We would recommend her to anyone.
The doctor that I see is nice enough and thorough, but the support staff is terrible. I've been waiting for a month on a simple pharmacy prescription authorization. I've called them... the pharmacy has called them... I've gone there to see them and request the authorization in person... Yet still I am waiting. They say that they are behind on the authorizations, but I haven't had my medicine in over a month now and they just don't care. Very disappointed with this group.
My appointment was cancelled twice by the clinic without notification. You show up and they tell you you have to reschedule. Not patient friendly.
If you are looking to see an Endo DR stay far far away from Jennifer-John Kalarickal, MD, I waited MONTHS to get in to see this "specialist" for my condition. All she did was go over my primary care dr's lab work and gave me wrong information. She is absolutely no specialist at all. My primary shouldn't be able to answer questions a "specialist" could not. I would detour anyone who is considering seeing this "doctor" horrible, unprofessional, non-knowledgeable experience.
