You guys had my dad's vehicle for over two weeks when it went it it had codes my brother owns his own shop but hus vehicle is under warranty so he took it to you . When he picked it up you told him no codes in it and denied saying g you out new sensors in it never gave him paper work at all telling g him the codes that was in the vehicle and telling him the sensors you installed i work at a mechanic shop as well we dont send anyone e home with out any paperwork let me tell you you guys are not a very good company like everyo... read more

I was away and my truck needed a NYS inspection. I don't use it very often and the battery needed to be boosted to start. I forgot that all the emissions sensors would have to reset and my wife took it for inspection. They ran a complete inspection and when they hooked up their computer found 2 sensors had not reset yet and told my wife it wouldn't pass until the sensors completed.
