Called insurance company because i had 3 toes needing treatment, they gave me Dr Lambarski. They said he's "in network". I get there he tells me I'm out of network. So I had to pay an extra $20, In my opinion I got scammed. I get in the office and he does absolutely nothing, other than taking out nail clippers and playing with them (imo). I've read reviews and people say how he spoke to them about foot care, I got nothing other than paying an extra $20 which again I feel he scammed me.
