Went there to see a doctor about adhd medication and even got confirmed to meet with the doctor the morning before. When I got to the office they switched me to the nurse practitioner who was nice but then told me I could not get my medication with her as she could not prescribe. I tried to tell them it’s not my fault. They switched the doctor on me last minute after I told them I needed a medication refill. They proceeded to tell me since I already did the appt I would still be charged.….. ended up billing me as a physical ... read more
The one star goes to the staff who were cheerful and kind. I was hoping to find a doctor with out of the box thinking willing to work within my means for Lyme treatment. This is not the place for that. I didn't even get to the point of meeting Dr. Blissenbach because she had someone else do the initial appointment and didn't take the time to show up to the Telehealth appointment. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and have never had such a responsive, kind, welcoming doctor's office. The male receptionist is such a gentleman with a kind demeanor and smile. Dr. B and NP Leanne are the dream team with Ashley, Christina, and Kristine. I thoroughly enjoy coming here because all the mentioned names generate such positive energy and patience. Dr. Blissenbach is a fabulous doctor, who listened to my needs and was extraordinarily kind. Unfortunately, she has pivoted her role at the office and is no longer seeing primary care patients. After Dr. B’s pivot, I saw LeaAnne for my annual visits. While she does have good reviews, I have seen her twice now and she had a very abrasive personality each time.
