Absolute horrible experience and sad how they treat patients. After scheduling a consultation and filling out paperwork weeks in advance, I was rescheduled two days before my appointment and pushed a month. Three days before my next appointment attempt, I received a call to tell me my appointment time was changed. Two days before the appointment, I was called and the. told they no longer do procedures on what I initially scheduled a consultation for. Wasted months of my time. STAY AWAY!!
Dr Lee and the team at Northeast Facial are incredible. I was very nervous about my procedure but Dr Lee walked me through it step by step, never once making me feel rushed. Silvanna at the front desk went above and beyond to help me schedule an appointment that worked for me. I would highly recommend NEFOSS!
