People complaining waiting time is very long for a long time but nothing changes—- waiting time still crazy long. Very bad management.
I wish I could give this place a negative 100 stars somehow. This place was a disgrace of a medical establishment. I have never been so disappointed of the care this place offers for their pts. Starting off, automatically being moved around like cattle with no verbal direction of the process. Very overwhelming! Also, Dr Lopasic is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever encountered. Got appointment quickly after explaining urgency. However, an unfortunate experience with Dr. Michael Belhumeur, OD., followed. I was under a mistaken.impression that I was seeing an opthamologist, not an optometrist. After a one hour exam and testing, he could not identify the cause of my symptoms. No urgency or immediate need was identified. An appointment was arranged with a colleague identified as a neuro-opthamologist for 10 days later--the earliest available appointment. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Not happy with this business and highly recommend NOT going there. Extremely long appointments.
