RecommendedI received great care from Northeast Eye Care while I lived in Epsom...this summer (2020) I was astounded by the concern and prompt service I received on a repair now that I am living in northern New Mexico. I may be flying back to NH in years to come for my eye care at Northeast- that is how much I value their professional personalized care!
Very thorough. priced like most. Very knowledgeable. No pressure to get new frames. my insurance helped and my fsa card. Took their time with me when my glasses were ready and made sure I was comfortable wearing them before I left. Everyone was professional, kind, and unrushed. Doctor very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing at each step.
Watch out for hidden charges. They charged me almost 4 times what I was expecting to pay according to my insurance. I won't go back.
I went for an routine eye exam which should have cost $10 with insurance but they charged me $39.00. Watch out for hidden cost.
I have been here several times for my eye exams and diabetic eye exams. They are super nice, courteous, and thorough. I always leave there with a smile on my face and a twinkle in my eye!
