I had owned a ***** chain saw for well over thirty years. However, it was starting to run poorly, so I went to Northeast Equipment in *********** and bought a new one. It was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. On page thirty-nine of the Instruction Manual, it states This machine is extremely simple and easy to start, even for children. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE! I brought a snow blower in for service. It had old gas left in it and wouldn't start. I also asked to have it looked over to see if there was anything else that needed to be addressed. I asked that they call with an estimate before doing any work. They said sure and said it would be 2-3 weeks. My first check-in call was in 2 weeks later and was told that they hadn't looked at it yet. My second call was a week later, still not done!
