Be prepared to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes and then when you get to your examination room, you wait an extra hour after your scheduled appointment and watch other patients get seen before you!! Not that many endocrinologists in the area so I have no choice but to come here.
Friendly staff and mild wait time. Overall happy with the visit.
Never had a problem here. I get in easily and quick, the doctor is very responsive and attentive.
I received a referral from my OB's office on 8/25 via MyChart due to a postpartum blood panel that came back with low thyroid values. The MyChart message indicated that I should call to schedule the appointment, so I did 7 business days after receiving the referral in MyChart. I spoke with Shayla who was rude and told me that they would call me when they received and reviewed my referral.
