A friend of mine made an appointment with this practice for today at 11am. I know it was 11am as he had phone on speaker. Since he does not drive I immediately put in my calendar on my phone. We arrive this morning at 10:37 and he called from the parking lot as instructed. He was told his appointment was at 10am and they sent him a verifying email . He did not get an email. The staff is fantastic and both doctors are wonderful! I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking for an ENT.

Both physicians are VERY knowledgeable at this practice! After getting the run around from other ENT's regarding symptoms I was able to get some clear answers and insight! Much appreciated and highly recommend!

I took my son here after being refereed from his pediatrician for an ear infection that wouldn't go away (dispute 4 rounds of antibiotics). I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled time, and was in the room by my appointment time. However, the doctor didn't come in until 35 minutes later. When he did finally come in, he quickly looked at my sons ears, told me there was no infection, and answered his cell phone and walked out of the room.
