Every person who walked by us was nothing but friendly and even stopped to say hi, it maybe because my 10 month old son was there but they all were awesome!
I was here 2 hours and 45 minutes for an appointment that lasted no more than 15 minutes. The staff does not seem to value its patient's time. As, this is their reputation. I even saw on Facebook that others posted to "pack a picnic lunch" when going to an appointment here. (Same as when it was "Northeast"). A staff worker said she thought that was funny. I do not see how. I went to another practice for a 2nd opinion and was in, and out, within 20 minutes, even with scheduling a follow-up. This is my 2nd time writing a revie... read more
Dislike. Dickson City Office is better and Dr Fratali is the best!
