I have made multiple appointments, the first appointment, I got lost, and called, I admit it was my fault and I was 15 minutes late, I took the parking elevator, instead of going into the building, they rescheduled me for the following week, then cancelled me on the same day, stating that the doctor is out of the office, we then rescheduled. Very pleasent and helpful staff. Dr. Runge was great! Only complaint is how long it takes to get an appointment, but then that’s everywhere these days.
