I was taken in quickly for my annual full body check. The Dr. did a thorough job looking over my body. She found a couple places that needed to be sprayed with gas. And found one spot on chest that needed a biopsy for analysis. Dr. and assistant were very pleasant and professional. I was in and out in a half hour.

I scheduled an appointment at the earliest availability, which was nearly three months out. At no point during scheduling was I informed that a referral or a primary care provider was required. No one asked, and I was allowed to book the appointment without issue. Only after checking in for the appointment was I told that because I do not have a primary care physician, the visit would be charged in full. This was never disclosed beforehand, and I was somehow expected to know this on my own. I do not work in the medical field... read more

Simply telling their patient hey your a customer her and come for annual checkups but when your referral expires we see you and just bill for full price. Funny their office staff on the billing side even says yea the girls up front couldn’t care less. That was nice to hear on their phone call. Good luck folks
