Pleasant, professional & timely
I was prescribed Dupixent I had a shot last week. For five days I had a 2 1/2-inch bright red spot at the site of the injection. One week in I still had a darkened spot from the injection. I started to have stomach cramps, headache and over all didn't feel well since the injection. I called the office and they said someone would call me back. No one ever called. On 5–0-26 I visited NEDA to see my new provider Jordan Windell. He was great. He did a thorough skin check and his words “an uneventful visit” which translated into no issues. He prescribed a new medication to use for an ongoing rash like situation. I can’t wait to try it. I plan to visit him again in 6 months. I am very happy with our visit. I visited NEDA on 5-22-25. My provider was Ryan Sprasser and his assistant. He did the most thorough skin examination I ever had in over 30 years getting this done at various providers.... read more
