I Had an emergency appointment for skin irritation, showed up for the appointment was told it had been cancelled and that they had called but there is no message on my phone the receptionist said the best they could do was March 28 I said it was an emergency they got rude and obnoxious so I walked out and will never use the Haverhill office and its incompetent front desk staff again.
The office staff is very friendly, and the doctors are highly professional. I would recommend them.
All staff was very friendly and service by Karima was excellent
