The Dental Partners are outstanding in every aspect. I trust them implicitly with my care.
I will start by saying I have no issues with thier work. Thier billing and attention to detail does need some work. Other dental offices I went to layed out care plans and you knew ahead of time what was covered and what each visit was going to cost so you could prepare for out of pocket costs at checkout. I was hit with a shell shock at checkout finding out that a claim from a previous visit was denied because that same procedure was done within a two year period and apparently wasn't covered.
