5 Star : My Experience Everyone at NEC did an amazing job on my car, It went in and was completed fairly quickly than most places, they were able to provide updates and let me know what was going on. I inspected the car and it looked flawless. Sam was very communicative and responsive, they immediately recognized me from when i dropped the car off, I will definitely suggest NEC to my friends and family. They are an amazing team.

0 Star : My Experience My car was taken there because safelite takes their customers there when damages are done. My car sat in the lot because according to you, safelite did not payment arrangements. When I spoke with safelite, they stated they did not receive no kind of notification, email or phone call that the car was ready or invoice. While my car sat there for almost two weeks after it was ready my car was broken into and personal items and valuables were stolen.
