Tried calling and nobody answered
The on call workers only call you back if they feel like it. I waited over an hour and nobody called me back. I called again and Joe Taroli refused to call me unless it was a "emergency." Then if it is an emergency, they tell you to call the police. I found out from the supervisor, that it doesn't have to be an emergency. I was lied to. Joe just didn't feel like calling. His job is to be on call. He is not doing his job.
Apparently the agendas and the policies of the staff are more important than the well being of the patients. Every time you call someone it goes right to voicemail and good luck trying to get a call back. The place is a Joke and a complete waste of time!!
Adrian is completely heartless. She only cares about herself. I had to call crisis for good reason. I asked for someone from BCM to call me back. No one called me. I spoke to Adrian a few days later. She said, "Your BCM would just tell you to call the police." Police cannot help with mental health issues. What is the crisis number for?
