"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care at this clinic. We have been trying to get a simple allergy clearance note for my son’s school for over a month. We were assigned a substitute doctor who never showed up. Then, after driving an hour for a rescheduled appointment, we were turned away for being 5 minutes late. Worst clinic EVER. I’ve been coming here since I was a toddler now that I’m an adult you best bet I’m switching clinics. There’s so many things wrong with this clinic and the people working there, it really makes you wonder how they’re still open. They always take hours to even pick up the phone, once I was left waiting for 2 hours and a half. Almost 3 HOURS! This place was randomly assigned for my son as a health provider. At first I wasnt not sure what to expect. It ended up being a good place from friendly staff to concern doctor. Doctor was really informative and polite. I was more than satisfied with the clinic. Overall I had a great experience. I definitely recommend them. Thank you, Northeast Community
