Couldn’t ask for better service. They are so thorough, professional and kind at NE Collision. They showed so much concern for me and my car after an accident. My car was fixed quickly and perfectly, keeping in touch on the progress the entire time. Much thanks to Frank, Ryan and Lea! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We used Northeast partly because we wanted to use a local business and because the reviews online all were positive. From start to finish we could not be happier with every aspect of service. We had to take the car to another shop for the insurance company of the person that hit our car to get the initial appraisal and the response and service we received at Northeast was so much better then the other auto body shop. The car came back perfect. Highly recommend them.
After a tree branch fell on my car, I contacted Northeast collision. They handled everything with my insurance and even set up my rental car for me. They took the time to check if there was any additional damage and even gave me my car back clean and vacummed. I will definitely be using them again if I need an autobody shop in the future.
Northeast Collision was a pleasure to work with! They were curteous, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for me. When my car was finished being repaired, they drove my car to my house so I didn’t have to worry about having to find a way to the shop with my 11 month old.
I had a great experience at Northeast Collision. Ryan was on point!! He was very Pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast. He took the time to explain, so I could understand the probable cause of the problem with my vehicle. The actual work looks great!. I will certainly recommend Northeast and Ryan
I had work done on my Honda Nov/Dec 2017; Everyone there was very accommodating and professional from the initial estimate all the way up to offering to stay past close so I could pick up my keys/car. My Honda looks beautiful. Would highly recommend their services. Prices very fair also. :)
