This place is top notch. Cliff & Paula are great. Very friendly & knowledgeable. They do not make you get work done that does not need to be done. Very honest & reasonably priced. I will not go anywhere else with my car.
I brought my vehicle into northeast automotive for the first time today upon a recommendation from friends. They were fast and evaluated my vehicle properly and saved me the cost of replacing something that wasn't necessary, suggested by a tire company. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for and future needs and would recommend to others!
They removed a live mouse and nest from my heater fan and cabin filter for 25% less than the average price according to my research. It required removing my dash and they still had it done in an afternoon so I could pick my car up after work at 4. Great customer interaction, service, and price at a shop right in the neighborhood!
Have had my car in on several occasions for different issues. They are honest about what work needs to be done now vs. what can wait, and they do a great job for the work they do. Highly recommend!
