I took my bird there for a short weekend boarding stay. I had spoken with the avian vet and Amber extensively; even taking Houdini in to interact with them before he was left in their care. I left him on a Saturday, with plenty of food and his favorite chew toys... having already provided the office with an appropriate sized cage (which was to have been left in a quiet room where he would be away from other animals and people in general).
