Very friendly and informative Doctor and staff. Very friendly environment.
I took my dog, Loki, to his appointment yesterday, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and very professional from the moment we arrived. The doctor was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Loki was treated with such care, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!
Great neighborhood clinic! Stopped in to get an appt to have a stray cat neutered. From the moment I walked in to the time I picked my kitty back up, everyone was fantastic! Took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and even went out of the way to accommodate get the procedure done asap. Would highly recommend Dr Ng and her practice, just a great experience all around.
Just a really great staff and we love Dr. Ng. They’re considerate, thorough, patient, and pay attention. Thank you for all that you do.
