I had taken one of my boys there and received very good treatment. However, the doctor as cold uncaring and deaf to my concerns with Riley. Not only have I not taken him back.Those who I initially referred to this practice.I have voiced my concerns with the lack of concern and compassion from this doctor.
You will not find a better clinic! Through my life I have owned many animals. From horses, pigs, chickens, cats, dogs and snakes. I’ve taken them all to different vets and have never experienced the amazingness I get at this clinic. They are patient, never in a hurry to get you out. The doctor will even sit in the floor with your animal to be sure they are gently taken care of. I took my dog, Loki, to his appointment yesterday, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and very professional from the moment we arrived. The doctor was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Loki was treated with such care, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!
