I’ve always had a great experience at this office and appreciate all the great staff!
The wait time is terrible!! They need to get a hold on what is minimum wait !! We waited like forever. They need to be considerate especially when pts are small kids!!!
This review is for New England allergy in Andover, Massachusetts. Not Northeast allergy. My apologies. Terrible facility to deal with they charge you for testing that they know is not covered by insurance. They don’t let you know that and then you get stuck with over $4000 worth of outstanding bills from Quest Labs. I read another review from somebody else and they said the exact same thing to them. Go to another facility.
Dr. Handelman and her nurses are amazing! Dr Handelman is extremely knowledgeable and on top of all health needs. If I could give her and her staff 10 stars I would.
