I've taken both of my children here for respiratory issues, hoping for guidance and support, only to be met with indifference. This healthcare facility is highly unprofessional and neglectful of patient care. The staff’s disrespectful attitude towards patients is evident from the moment one enters the premises. Patients are not only subjected to this disrespect but also denied necessary follow-up appointments despite being prescribed medications that require ongoing monitoring.
