Northeast Air the nicest FBO I have ever been in and is an amazing place to work
Best company and the best group of people to work for :)
I love coming up to Portland to get my aircraft worked on. The staff at the front desk and in the shop are friendly and accommodating. The dozen of freshly baked Toll House cookies � doesn't hurt.
As a GA pilot I've been through Northeast several times a month for the past few years, and even with the recent construction and challenges that that presented to them the staff has never been anything but courteous and helpful. From a quick shuttle to your plane in the winter to help with fuel and assistance with common aircraft supplies, I've never been greeted with anything but a smile.
Northeast Air came to my rescue when I had a difficult rental car problem while traveling through their FBO. Even though the problem was not NEA's, they helped solve it in ONE DAY and it happened to be a Saturday!
