I am writing this review to just let other people know that I feel that some of the maintenance scheduling practices are lazy in my opinion. I went through the online service scheduler using my VIN so all of the relevant information was available (year, model, drive type). I picked the exact service that I wanted. It gave me a breakdown of all the required materials and a price quote. When I got to the dealership to be told the price quote on the website was about $120 short of what they were gonna charge me.
