Had a package stolen in front of one of their cameras and they didn't even care enough to look at the recordings. There are abandoned vehicles parked in the parking lots that many people have reported and have still yet to be moved... Not to mention all the problems with the apartment itself... For the money especially, move somewhere else. As I'm not able to reply, and again the owners are trying to deflect blame, I thought I'd include the whole story...
