Lisa was extremely helpful and such a joy to work with yesterday when she assisted me in choosing my glasses. Her positive attitude and professionalism made an impression on me! The new Dr Walters was amazing and took great care of my family. We loved her! However, at checkout, the (I assume) office manager was unprofessional and quite snarky when I questioned why our copay went from $20-40 for our annual exam to $120 each. I tried to explain we've had the same insurance plan for over 20 years, but they did not want to listen and refused to give my Rx to me without paying the full amount.
