The new Dr Walters was amazing and took great care of my family. We loved her! However, at checkout, the (I assume) office manager was unprofessional and quite snarky when I questioned why our copay went from $20-40 for our annual exam to $120 each. I tried to explain we've had the same insurance plan for over 20 years, but they did not want to listen and refused to give my Rx to me without paying the full amount.
