Service & Quality - response to below – 5" gutters are the correct size for your house. I asked you to clean them out because that will cause water to seep under the crawl space. I raised the heater as a temporary solution until we saw if that was the problem. If a 3-way switch has gone bad, it will not work at either end. It's a 5 min. fix.
