Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring!!
Me and my husband had a fabulous experience with North Crest of Springfield. Highly recommended wait time about 10 minutes.
I was treated like a nobody taking out of a room and put in the hallway when their was other rooms open I had X-rays in the hallway floor with people trying to get around So I was very disappointed with the service I received
Hospital staff were very friendly and caring
I had wait on CT scan results for 4hrs they promised 2hrs an half an they took longer so I was in hospital from 8am till 3:30 pm an I kept asking what was the hold up an I could leave get results e mailed to me an they ignored me for even that so I sat there until they got back to me
