I have been going to Brittany Jepson for years. She always listens and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! I love the personal touch and genuine care she gives. I know she is busy with lots of new patients and still took the time to truly listen to me. I know I am at the right place and trust I am in good hands.
Communication seems to be a challenge for this facility. The office manager claims they do not have access to an office email? They only have a fax number? Keen listening and scheduling skills are a must for anyone in the medical field, and this location is lacking both. Quite disappointed with our last visit. There are other practices in White House that seem much more patient-friendly.
