I have lived here for 5 yrs. I am very satisfied with the way they keep the park clean and grass mowed. Chuck was very helpful when I first bought the trailer and Rob has always been very nice helpful too. Very peaceful here too.

Nice place
Do not rent from here. Once I showed up to sign a rental agreement they tried to add extra costs for utilities. I was going to rent a 1 bedroom with no washer dryer hook up and they wanted to charge an extra 60 for water and 150 for electric. That's more than what a large house's utilities would be. Its robbery. I walked out immediately.
