Awful company! The staff is rude and they don’t return phone calls.
Great customer service !
Northcoast has always been responsive to my issues and their staff has always been courteous and friendly. Sometimes I've had to wait for answers but I know that it's because Northcoast is waiting on information from our Board of Directors. Had a bathroom remodeled last year and was super pleased!
