I have had a couple of service calls and they were both handled OK; however the current problem bothered me a lot. The tech was supposed to be out Friday to repair my treadmill after waiting all week for the call. The tech called and said he wouldn t be able to make it and to call the office to arrange for another appointment. Rather than scheduling me on Monday they put me at the end of the list again! I now have to wait another week for service. I am not a happy camper.
