I understand that a doctor’s office sometimes runs behind and I’m very understanding with that however, when you book me for a 1015 appointment and I’m still sitting in the waiting room at 11:15 I’m gonna have an issue. I’m also going to have an issue when that entire waiting room has cleared out two other times. It's terrible when you go in because you can't breathe and your starting to get a cough back, and the Nurse Practitioner notes you have accute bronchitis and " unknown " cough" I was just there in December with the same thing but Dr. MODARELLI TOOK Excellent care of me including getting extays of my lungs. I've been a patient of Dr. Modarelli for many years. I moved out of state for several years and when I moved back I knew exactly my first choice for my family physician would be him. His nurses are fantastic and I can talk to them about anything. Unfortunately I have to agree about the front desk personnel. They can be quite rude at times. On one occasion I called for an appointment and the receptionist asked why I needed to be seen. I told her I needed a wellness checkup. Oh boy I thought I kicked her dog or something!
