I had my last lower molar in my jaw become infected and my dentist sent me to Northcoast Endodontics in Fairlawn. The entire experience from the front desk, to the actual root canal, made me feel comfortable the entire time. Every single procedure, from billing to the root canal was completely explained. Dr. Gorman's assistant made me feel comfortable and explained what would happen. Dr. Gorman decided I would need a root canal and explained with pictures what would happen. Very disappointed. Called the office as potential new patients to inquire about an emergency dental issue. Spoke with Victoria at the front desk. She was extremely rude, cut me off before I could even ask a question, and made me feel very uneasy in an already high stress situation. Front desk staff are some of the most critical employees in your practice. First impressions matter in every business, and your dental practice should be no exception. Northcoast Endodontics, do better.
