Very disappointed. Called the office as potential new patients to inquire about an emergency dental issue. Spoke with Victoria at the front desk. She was extremely rude, cut me off before I could even ask a question, and made me feel very uneasy in an already high stress situation. Front desk staff are some of the most critical employees in your practice. First impressions matter in every business, and your dental practice should be no exception. Northcoast Endodontics, do better.
