I cannot recommend Dr. Main enough for physical therapy needs! Knowledgeable and attentive, friendly and accommodating. I've definitely had significant improvement with my pain management under his care, as well as guidance on maintaining joint health through movement and exercise. The addition of dry needling to my treatment has also made a huge difference. So thankful!
Dr. Main is the best!! Hes not only a chiropractor but a true rehab specialist. He’s been so amazing to work with as a runner after an ankle sprain and heel pain. Not only am I out of pain but I am armed with exercises to better myself in running but I have way more knowledge about my foot mechanics so that I can run without pain moving forward. Dr. Main is patient, kind and explains everything along the way! I’ll be continuing with him for dry needling, adjustments, exercises, and insights for my running!
Dr. Main made me feel at ease from the start. He is very patient when teaching exercises and is thorough when explaining the course of treatment. My lower back pain had significantly reduced with his help. Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Park for a couple of months for my neck/lower back issues related to martial arts training, and he’s been fantastic. Not only has my pain pretty much disappeared, but he’s also taught me techniques to keep it that way. Highly recommend!
Dr. Andy Park and Dr. Zach Main are super warm and welcoming and the space is clean, organized and well set-up. I specifically work with Zach and he is not only skilled but also takes the time to truly listen and understand.
