My wife and I have used Northcare Home Health Services on several occasions and received excellent and professional attention each time. Their health professionals delivered first rate care without fail. We would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.
NorthCare Home Health has been almost been like a member of our family! The staff, nurses, therapists and personal care givers are kind, professional and skilled. Over the years, they have helped take care of my father and mother and most recently my aunt at home and the service has been excellent. I hope they'll still be around when I get older because I know I will always be in good hands. Also they facilitate a safe plan of care with your primary physician. Do yourself a favor and call them first!
I was lucky to find North Care Home Health Services when my husband suddenly required home care almost daily. We had a great experience with their customer service and the medical care the nurse provided my husband. The nurse assigned to us was knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable. I was so pleased with the service my husband received that I have recommended them to other people that are also looking for home nurse care.
This agency is terrible, worst of worst . They cancel last minute and always problems with authorizations . Poor customer service and communication and they treat and pay their employees terribly with little respect. They are a disgrace and should be out of business .
