Awsome place for treatment or other medical need.
I go to North Care and I really like the staff here, my Case Manager Tray and Katie my doctor are awesome people. The lady who calls me in for blood pressure and weight and I always have a great little conversation and the people who do the check in and outs are so professional and friendly. I recommend North Care to anyone and everyone who could use their help and I have been to all of our places here and I believe North Care is the best.
They don't answer the phone here I've left 3 messages to reschedule n even left a message with the emergency line for him to contact them they never called back now I had to call emergency line again to email the director , to reschedule and make appts
I went there to schedule a appointment to see my doctor today and it went very well. The place is always nice and clean and there are all kinds of things that are available. Variety Care, mental health center, cafe, social services, dining area, food pantry, security guard on duty, and they really do care.
Honestly, I don't even want to give these words—let alone the single star. This place is a business. No matter what their PR or social work veneer—they are a business. So, unless you are making them money, you can not expect service. Calling the facilities? Ineffective. Emailing case management? Typically Ineffective. Attempting to receive services?
