Truly disappointed in how this company handled a lot of the move in/move out and all around rental process. My friend and I rented from them for a little over 2 years. The first property that we moved into one of the bedrooms had a strong animal urine odor along with multi stains from the urine. When we brought it to the Morales attention they told us that the "house comes as is & odor is personal opinion" We even had our realtor that assisted in the rental process contact them about the odor & they said they will not be doi... read more
