Lucas, the driver, was a great communicator. He was early to pick us up, understood the music venue well, and gave us clear instructions on where to pick up after the event. He was pleasant, clear, and a safe driver. Nina, the person arranging the limo, was very helpful, fast to respond (at all hours), and also a great communicator. Excellent, reliable, responsive service. Always on time with a clean, comfortable car and professional driver. Flexible with changes in scheduling. They made our week in the Chicago area so much easier and comfortable for us. Since my partner uses a rollator, the driver’s willing and thoughtful assistance made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Northbrook Limousine Service is my “go-to” transportation to O’Hare Airport. They have never been late and have always made us feel comfortable and safe. Every driver we have had is competent and friendly. Most importantly we have never had to wait more than 15 min at the airport for our car. I highly recommend them.
