Horrible Theey don't answer phones always going to voicemail your lucky if someone calls you back. I have been calling for a week to get an answer and all they do is transfer you all over the place & always goes to voicemail, I'm so over this place,, the Customer Service Is Totally Messed up.. My son was placed here involuntary. I got one call from a social worker on the first day telling me I call, text or email her at any point in time and she would get right back to me. LIES. There is no communicating. I had to send emails before someone would call me back. My son signed papers saying I could speak to them. After a week because we live 2.5 hours away I went to visit my son and he was in dirty clothes and had holes in his socks. Mind you I sent him with 7 pairs of underwear, socks, tshirts and shorts. If I could give no stars would give no stars. I called the place to request to speak to my mom and they hung up on me. This has also happened before in the past. Also a few months back my mom was in this hospital and instead of getting better she got worse. They misplaced her notebook and then washed it which had all her appointments and information in it. I dont trust this place at all.
