I moved in a couple weeks ago. The place is cozy. There was a couple of little things that were wrong, I asked for maintenance. Anthony was here in less than 5 minutes to fix all the issues. He was really nice and funny.
Anthony, Drake & Justin responded to a maintenance request with 2hrs and go right to work resolving a issue in which wasn’t minor. They came up with a plan, and executed it with team work and professionalism! Awesome team of guys here At Northbrook and hope they stay around for a while!
Thanks to Justin for coming in and fixing an issue we had in our closet. He was very nice and professional!
I’ve lived at Northbrook for enough time to have seen it grow, and I just wanted to give credit where it’s due. The improvements over the past several months have been really noticeable. I’ve lived at Northbrook for a while now and have genuinely enjoyed my experience. The property is beautiful, and it’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the amenities and the overall feel of the community. The apartments are modern, spacious, and I love how quiet it is, especially considering how convenient the location is to Greenville, Greer, and all the shopping and restaurants nearby.
