We have lived here a little over a month now, and I can say confidently we chose the right place. After living at my last apartment for over 3 years, I was so sad to have to move (would not honor returning resident rate), but I love this place even more than my last one. Extremely disappointed with the staff at Northbrook Apartments. When staff entered my apartment, they walked straight in with their shoes on without showing any consideration for the carpet or cleanliness of my home. They left my carpet dirty and messed up. If you’re entering someone’s home, especially as apartment staff, you should have enough respect to either remove your shoes or wear shoe covers. This was careless, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with apartment staff.
The maintenance staff is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service. They are unresponsive, careless, and do not seem to take residents’ concerns seriously. Issues are not handled in a timely or professional manner, which makes the overall experience very frustrating. Management should seriously address this behavior and improve the quality of maintenance service.
The staff at Northbrook is excellent. They are always responsive to any concern I have had. The amenities are wonderful spaces with a very safe environment. It is a quiet, friendly community.
I moved in a couple weeks ago. The place is cozy. There was a couple of little things that were wrong, I asked for maintenance. Anthony was here in less than 5 minutes to fix all the issues. He was really nice and funny.
