Wow lmfao! I was going to leave a review but it looks like there is no need. The reviews here speak for themselves. I agree with just about all of it.
I've bought and sold a lot of residential properties, but I was new to renting a commercial space so I trusted them. To put it shortly, I learned exactly what a good Property Management company ISN'T when working with the NBM team. They were short, rude, and very poor communicators from the Realtor that we worked with that basically is in the same building as them all the way to the last day and getting my deposit refunded. This management company does not care about people!
Do not use this management company! They are very hateful and spiteful people, they are rude and downright angry at the world. They are very lazy and outsource everything to other companies that also do not care about others. This is from a personal experience in dealing with them!
