Very nice apartments in the heart of Metairie! The neighborhood is good, the schools around here are good. The police patrol around here a lot to keep the rif-raf away.
Decent apartments. The way they are setup, if someone in one apartment has a backed up sink or dishwasher, it will flow to the apartment on the other side and cause issues. One tenant rarely leaves his apartment and is rude to everyone, generally unpleasant. Uses dark garbage bags, I wonder what he is hiding. For the most part everyone else is friendly enough. Management is friendly.
