An exceptional rehab center with caring staff, personalized treatment, and a truly supportive environment. The team goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels valued and supported. Highly recommend to anyone seeking real, lasting recovery. Shoutout too Gabby Warner my case manager for guiding me in the right direction.
My experience at NorthBound has been wonderful. All of the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and are great at setting all clients up for success. My manager, Gabby and therapist, Jasmyme are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend this program.
They lie about getting a two person room and have up to 5 people in a room. I had a good experience the first time and then they treated me horribly the second! They don’t have actual nurses dispensing medication and are practicing illegal procedures. The bhts however are great.
I’m currently a client at North Bound, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this place. From the structure of the program to the overall atmosphere, it’s clear that the staff truly care about the people here and are deeply invested in real, lasting recovery. Great facility with a caring staff. The classes allow you to dive deep into why we do what we do. There are many case managers that you can pick from. Finding the right one for you is critical and made my time here amazing. Shout out to Rachel. They also provide a “links” program (spiritual based practice), that does wonder for recovery.
