Northbound was life changing! The staff is wonderful. The therapy and group sessions helped me get to my underlying issues. The mediation classes were transformative, and my fellow clients were supportive and kind. I can’t say enough good things about Northbound!!

This place at Northbound saved my life. The programs for Feeling Better and Discover Yourself are life changing and helped me practice coping skills. What makes Northbound stand out the most for me are the faith based programs like Links which connects recocery with the Bible and the peer started Proverbs and Psalms meetings. Also, they have optional trauma classes. Ahmad was the best trauma therapist and helped me cope through complex reoccurring PTSD triggers.
